Challenge
Aurae had a great formulation but a fragmented brand and a content team that could not keep up with the founder's ambition.
Solution
We rebuilt the identity around an editorial system, then shipped an AI content engine producing 80+ assets per month with a single human reviewer.
Aurae came to us mid-stride: strong product, weak system. Wholesale was expanding, founder-led content was the bottleneck, and the team was rebuilding the same campaign brief for every channel.
We started with a positioning sprint to lock the editorial voice, then layered an identity system designed for variation — type pairings, gradient sets, and a modular grid that any team member could ship against without a designer in the loop.
The AI content engine sits on top: weekly prompts feed into a content graph that auto-drafts captions, product copy and email flows, all routed through a single human approval queue. Output per content hour rose 4.6×.
